Extron is currently looking for a Development Engineer to join our growing team and support an expanding range of projects. This is a dynamic role requiring a highly experienced individual comfortable working across multiple high-tech disciplines in a collaborative, small-team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end product development from concept through to production
- Electronic schematic and PCB design
- Embedded firmware development
- FPGA VHDL coding
- Mechanical design and PCB integration
- Design for compliance with emissions standards
- Preparing production and testing documentation
Tools & Technologies:
- Altium Designer (primary design tool)
- Solid Edge (mechanical design)
- Various embedded compilers and code development tools
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience
- Versatility across multiple engineering disciplines
- Strong team collaboration skills within a small company environment
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach
